We have 8 dedicated tenancies within the space. Several are already tenanted, though there may be some flexility with layout and location. Please contact us for more information or to book a visit. While the space is technically a Co-Working office, each work area is exclusive to it’s sub-tenant. We do not offer a “hot desk” arrangement.

The Layout and Furniture within each space is customisable. Happy for you to use the existing desks and shelving, or bring in your own.

A 4x desk/4x person work area. Approx 2m wide desks. Slightly more partitioned from the adjacent work areas. $1200

Corner space. North Facing Window, 2x solid walls to utilise, as well as an existing open shelving system. $1400/month
